(1) The minimum arrangements to be made in a movie house  or other places where movies are shown shall be as mentioned in Schedule-9. or if more than one building is used as more than one movie house, the minimum arrangements as per sub-rule (1) shall be made in each such movie house. 'C' will be classified into three categories. However, movie theaters showing video movies will be classified in 'C' category.

(3) After categorization of movie theaters according to sub-rule (2), if there is a reduction in facilities in a movie theater, the movie theater will be upgraded or downgraded based on the reduction in facilities. Movie houses will be classified.
